Products must be returned within a period of five working days from the date received by the customer, provided that the product has not been used or damaged in any way and is returned to us in its original state. All items must be returned with any authenticity hangtags, protection bags and original packaging.

Damaged products shall not be accepted. In case the product is not successfully delivered due to customer mistake (ex. incorrect delivery address) and the items are automatically returned to us, Get-A-Bag shall charge you extra re-shipping costs for the delivery expenses that have occurred. In case of error on the part of Get-A-Bag, we will resend your purchased items at no extra charge.
